Here's a step-by-step guide to how it all works.
1 Getting Started with ZiTenga
To participate, you need a ZiTenga account. ZiTenga is the dedicated ZASH wallet. Here's how to begin:
- Create a ZiTenga Account: Register on the ZiTenga app and verify your ID.
- Login to Blitz Markets: Go to Blitz.co.zw/login and sign in with your ZiTenga login details.
- Transfer ZASH into your Blitz Account to start bidding. You can top up or withdraw ZASH anytime.
3 Bidding with ZASH
You can use your ZASH to bid on a variety of products. Here's how bidding works:
- Place a Bid: Select a product and bid using ZASH. Your bid amount will be frozen until the auction ends.
- Frozen ZASH: If outbid, your ZASH is released. If you win, ZASH is transferred to the vendor.
4 Acquiring ZASH with USD
You will be able to access the USD for ZASH marketplace soon.
5 For Sellers
Blitz Markets makes it easy to list items for auction and collect items at our Harare depot:
Submitting Items for Auction
- Register as a Seller: Apply after creating a normal account.
- List Your Item: Add description, photos, and delivery details.
- Schedule a Depot Drop-Off: Choose a time to deliver your item.
- Visit the Harare Depot: Bring your item with ID and drop-off code.
- Item Verification: Staff check your item before approving.
- Auction Goes Live: Item is listed for bidding once verified.
Picking Up Your Goods
- Schedule Pickup: Arrange collection at the depot.
- Visit the Depot: Bring pickup code and ID during operating hours.
- Item Collection: Staff verify and hand over your item.
- Enjoy Your Item: Take your winnings home!
